Surgiqat Beauty Instruments – Refund & Return Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. Refunds and returns are only accepted after prior approval within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Used or damaged surgical beauty instruments
  • Items that have been sterilized or show signs of use
  • Personal care and hygiene instruments once opened for safety reasons

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, including:

  • Any instrument not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any instrument returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time can vary.

If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace surgical beauty instruments if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@surgiqat.com
